Antimio Cruz Periodista desde 1988. Escribe sobre temas de ciencia, salud y desarrollo social en la revista Emeequis, el periódico La Crónica de Hoy, el Suplemento Investigación y Desarrollo, de La Jornada, y el portal sumedico.com. Ha recibido el Premio Latinoamericano de Reportaje de Biodiversidad (otorgado por Conservación Internacional), el Premio de Periodismo sobre Nuevas Tecnología y Desarrollo Sustentable (otorgado por Siemens) y el Premio de Periodismo sobre Desnutrición y Grupos Vulnerables (otorgado por la ONG Un kilo de Ayuda), entre otros. Dos de sus reportajes están incluidos en el Libro de texto de Español de 2º. de secundaria, publicados por la Secretaría de Educación Púbica, de México, y por la Editorial Ríos de Tinta.

Alex flores | FOUNDER & ARTISTIC PRODUCER
Alex Flores was born and raised in Mexico City. A self-taught visual artist, her career in art began twenty years ago and has taken her across North America: El Paso, Texas, San Francisco, California, San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, and Toronto, where she resides.
Alex Flores founded LPDM, her vision was to create an alternative Spanish & English multi-media production organization focusing on local and cultural news, editorials, stories and commentaries, as well as presenting different perspectives reflecting the heart of the Latin American community in Toronto and Canada to the world.
She is an eco-feminist and social justice activist as well as an independent film-maker. Alex moved to Toronto, Canada in the spring of 2001. In 2003 she created the Las Perlas del Mar Productions Inc. a bilingual (Spanish and English) internet newscast an alternative media outlet in Toronto Alex directed “Mexican Refugee”, a short documentary following the lives of five Mexican Refugees in Toronto, for which Alex won “Best Up and Coming Director of Toronto Film or Video Award” at the 2005 Inside Out Film Festival. In 2007, Alex produced “Juarez”, a documentary examining theories behind the disappearances and murders of hundreds of women in Juarez, Mexico. Alex received an Honorary Mention at the International Film Feminist Festival in France in 2007, and her film has been screened internationally.
She is the Artistic Producer of the Las Perlas del mar Productions Inc. She writes, directs and edits film and also teaches the Camera and Final cut Pro workshop program to the Latin American community. Alex Flores has been participated in the Play me I am yours an installation of Pianos for the 2015 PanamGames , she painted a Mural for the World Pride Toronto 2014.

CARLOS BOLIVAR | fotografo & MEdia School
Carlos Bolivar, Fotógrafo Colombiano con sede en Toronto, siguiendo su pasion desde que era niño. Comenzo sus estudios de fotografia analoga en 2003 para luego pasar a la era digital en el 2005. Sus areas de fotografia favoritas son fotoperiodismo, fotografía publicitaria, glamour y retrato. Adicionalmente Carlos es Periodista Profesional, Artista Digital, Filmaker independiente y Diseñador Web.
Carlos ingresa a el equipo de LPDM en el 2015 para contribuir con sus habilidades en la Escuela de Media Alternativa como facilitador; asi mismo apoyando la parte gráfica y de fotografía.

Sara Gil es Licenciada en Periodismo por la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona. Nacida en Barcelona (España) pero afincada en el mundo entero junto a su maleta, lleva diez años trabajando como tal en Europa, África y América. En este tiempo ha aprendido el significado de la palabra “multitarea” trabajando en puestos tan diversos como: presentadora, reportera, fotoperiodista, productora, coordinadora, redactora y community management. Algunas empresas reconocidas a nivel internacional para las cuales ha ofrecido sus servicios son: Televisión de Cataluña, XAL, Toronto Hispano, Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona y Roger TV. Al mismo modo, ha mantenido una estrecha relación con multinacionales como Universal Music, Warner Music o Sony Music Entretaiment.

Robinson Arévalo Franco, es experto en Derechos Humanos, conferencista de Desarrollo Individual y Asistencia Psicosocial. Director de talleres de Estima y Potencialidad del ser humano. Es Comunicador Social y Magister en Intervencion Social. Cuenta igualmente con especializaciones en Derecho Internacional Humanitario, Multiculturalismo y Derechos Humanos.
Fue fundador y director del Festival Iberoamericano de Cine de Montreal desde el año de 1998 hasta el 2004, al igual que presentador en la televisión y radio comunitaria en Montreal, Canadá.
